By accessing or using WVault (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
2. Age Requirement
The Service contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed through cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/Lightning Network) or other methods as offered. All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription prices may change with 30 days' notice. VIP tier availability is limited and subject to capacity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or mirror the Service
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share content obtained through the Service
- Circumvent any access controls or security measures
- Upload or submit content depicting minors in any context
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
6. Content
Content on the Service is curated from publicly available sources and user submissions. All rights to individual videos and images belong to their respective creators and copyright holders. WVault does not claim ownership of third-party content. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please see our DMCA Policy.
We actively screen content and do not knowingly host material depicting minors. All depicted individuals are believed to be 18 years of age or older. If you encounter content you believe depicts a minor, please report it immediately.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may issue a prorated refund at our discretion for unexpired subscription periods.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Video availability may change without notice due to DMCA takedowns or other legal requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
